Very slow service! A mecanics keeps on searching for his tools is very bad. In the end the repair was good, but could have been done in half the time. When talking to a collegue again and I said "Tweuka", he looked like bitten by a wasp.

Amazing place created by lovely people! Great cafe and food. We recommend go to gallery to see artists works - sculpture and painting. The idea of place is heartbreaking and you can send money not only for food but for support local community!

Old bus.l but it does the job to get you overnight to Siam Reap.

The bus ride to Siam Reap is much quicker than we realised- roughly 5 hrs. As the bus stops quite a bit on the journey it can make sleeping difficult.

If we had the choice again. We would have caught an early morning day bus instead of a night bus.

Well then, been here for 4 nights in a garden view bungalow with A/C. First of all they don't lie, it's definitely a garden view, but of some of the locals with their washing out, rubbish everywhere and their houses. The guesthouse have made a seating area outside of the bungalows, however this is stacked up with about 30 chairs. WiFi is patchy, power cuts are regular, water doesn't always work. However you are at one with nature, dogs howling and barking all night, cockerels coo cooing all day none stop and the wonderful fresh air of plastic being burnt by some local about 40 feet away. The room is okay for the price, A/C works well when there is no power cut, bed is comfy and the shower is good. Not the cleanest but it is only 1*. Would recommend if you are on a budget and there isn't anywhere else to stay!

We stayed for three nights in one of the bungalows and had a really great time!
Don’t expect a luxury resort. The bungalows are basic but very nice and clean and equipped with everything you need.
Food was great, kayaks are available to paddle through the mangroves and Lily is a very nice and friendly host!
Really fair price for what you get as well!

Yan and his family go above and beyond with accommodating transport, special requests for meals, and all inquiries in general. The family is so nice and warm, waking up and getting their good morning smiles is just one of many details that made this stay in Siem Reap so memorable! Beds are nice, the room was spacious, food was really good, bicycles are cheap to rent, and everything was just 5 stars! It's cheap to take a Grab Tuktuk into town and close to Angkor Wat.

Great little hotel a little outside of the bustling areas of the city but still walking distance (25 min) from Pub Street. My room (a two bedroom suite) was spacious, opened directly on the pool, well appointed and with comfortable beds.
Breakfast buffet is basic and could do with some improvement but is probably ok given the number of guests at the hotel. You can still get a fresh omelette (excellent) and a noodle soup.other options are so-so.
Service staff is awesome: they are friendly and helped us plan tours.

Would not recommend the.boat trip they advertise as 'snorkeling, fishing and bbq'. We went to 1 place to snorkel and were told we had only 15 mins in the water. And then there was nothing but dirty rocks, no reefs or fish to see. Then onto the fishing or lack of activity. As a woman, I went up to the staff to get a line, only to be ignored and it was given to a man right behind me. This happened 4 times so I guess if you're a woman, you can't fish. We floated around watching then men and staff fish. Then the bbq.its advertised on the poster but we got nothing! Only for the owner to say we had misunderstood and it's only a bbq if they catch stuff. We.dis.swim with plankton but again only 10 mins. Super disappointed with the boat trip. Don't bother

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I came in for a color change and fill on gel x nails, and the girl helping me advised to do a color change and nail replacement with sculpted gel instead. Much better result and super efficient.
